We have different pricing options depending on what your needs are.  For instance you may want everything moved, just traffic areas or your rooms may be empty because you are moving in or out.  Since all "rooms" or "areas" are not the same size, it doesn't make sense to pay  the same amount for cleaning the traffic areas in a small bedroom that you would pay for an entire living room.    For that reason, we price by the square foot so you only pay for what you are actually cleaning instead of a generic "area" price.  Commercial customers please call for an estimate.

     Our "deep cleaning" process consists of:    

     Pre-treatment and spotting, thorough cleaning and rinsing with our truck-mounted hot water extraction (steam cleaning) system combined with the rotary jet extraction tool, edging (along walls and in corners) and post-vacuuming the carpet to make sure no spots are missed and to groom the carpet.

 Prices for cleaning around the furniture, (yes, we clean edges, behind doors and in the corners) and main traffic areas the charge is .32 per square foot.

*There is a good all purpose deodorizer in our pre-treatment/cleaning solution that will eliminate most household odors.  If you have contamination odors such as urine, in some cases it demands a specific treatment and there are several options available.  The most economical and commonly chosen method is the use of a surface applied deodorizer.  We achieve generally good results, however, due to the nature of odors it is not guaranteed.

     **Dust mites and pet allergen found indoors are one of the leading causes of allergic diseases.  We can safely and easily reduce the levels of these allergens by 90% or more.  The allergy relief treatment changes the shape of allergen proteins, making them unrecognizable to the body, which prevents them from causing an allergic reaction.
